Work 4 new struts into the deal. You won't regret it. You don't want a CCR strut to fail 30 days after you buy it.

It has to be red. I can't see Kyle in anything else. And get the stripes done.

Otherwise, it'* not too shabby of a deal. Be sure to take the VIN to a GM dealer service department and get a GM vehicle service history report.
This car isn't bad either there Kyle. You can visit us all too!

Not a bad deal at all. But for the money you could probably find lower milage (prob not your area)

CCR? Maybe I've been out of the loop for too long.

Its Champain color with metallic flake.

I'm going to the bank to check on getting a loan, however my father is kinda a stubborn prude when it comes to cars. Honestly only one thing would stop me from getting this car....my father. I know, creeps me out too. :?

I got an update:

Took it for a test drive...holy crap the Series II L67 screams like a bat outta hell the way it is!

Few concerns though, when I gave her some gas...er WOT...I noticed the boost gauge was above 5psi slightly (maybe 6ish) and would kinda vary up and down a little bit (this was when I gas her gas for a few seconds). Then I winded out an entire gear and I noticed after time the boost gauge started going more to the right at higher rpms (I hit the hash mark before the 10psi hash mark. Is this normal? Does a stock SSEi only create 7-8psi?

Next issue, the Perform Ride and Normal Ride buttons are both lit up. I'm thinking either replaced struts or the fuses were removed...or maybe both. Not a big deal, same thing when I bought my current SSE. I asked the dealer and he didn't have any idea, he said he hasn't had any time to fiddle with the car sence he just got it Wednesday.

Next, small crack on the LCD for the radio. Smellbird, is the CD-player you sold me from a 98 Bonnie? If so I got that problem solved.

Next, looks like one of the local gravel trucks took the windshield to town with a nice mark. Weather or not it will spread into a spiderweb is up to fate to decide.

Next, brakes squeek slightly...but that stopped after a few stops (lot rot).

Next, the darn rear view mirror vibrates like hell. I asked the dealer and he said he noticed that to and was guessing its an easy fix. This is more of an annoyance than anything...any word on how it can be secured better?

Finally, sounds like the brake pads are going because I heard a "squeek squeek squeek" sound as I drove around town and it got faster as I drove faster.

So here we go with buying it....
The dealer brought the price down to $7000 considering he hasn't really checked out the car much yet, to help pay for the cracked windshield, and the brakes squeeking.
With tax, title, transfer of my plates, etc etc: $7570.63 will get me driving off the lot.

VIN #: 1G2HZ5211W4228339
Could someone please check this VIN through a search and see if any lemons or bad stuff shows up? Thanks.

I could take a loan out, but it would be hard to do myself because I have 0 credit (just a debit card), and my rate would be kinda high. But it would come out to $160 a month. If I got my dad to co-sign it would help alot. Another problem is they might not give me a loan without a co-signer, but I was told since my family has been with the bank so ungodly long it might get pushed through.

How mad you think my father would be if I drove home with a new car without telling him? HAHAHA!

So, anyone got something to add?

You keeping the Rocket, too?

Work that windshield and CCR struts (perf ride) into the deal some more. I don't think it would take much effort to bring him down another 500 bucks considering how expensive the WS is.

The mirror should be easy to tighten up. It'* a small hex set screw from the base to the wedge on the windshield.

The boost isn't too abnormal for the M90. You won't reach the boost levels of the M62, but even at 6psi, you're flowing about the same as an M62 at 8psi. The bypass may just be a little sticky, and the TB may need to be cleaned. MINOR issue, but play it up
