AHAHA!!! yeah, right, if you saw mine you would think it was not very much of a prized posession to me! It looks like CRAP! The clearcoat is gone, rust is killing it, the wheels are dirty, the car in general is dirty, windows are dirty. etc.

Thing is, I really don't have enough money to clean it! And what doesn't help is that I live in an apt where we cant wash our own cars, we have to take them to an auto wash or a hand wash place, and I have no money to do it!

And yeah I know 50s cars and such has full frames...that really does suck.

And I know, there are a ton of these cars in yards that have almost NO RUST. And I have seen them like in Texas and such where they just look OUTSTANDING. So you know, if money overcomes all. She just might be replaced by a non rusty one. I mean there was not much I could do. This car sat in the DIRECT elements for 7 years!!! So the underbody is not that rusted, but the wheelwells are awful, so I know I could find one down south to mod with and everything, but im sure I would want an SSE anyways.

My 1990 LE has 96,700 miles on it. Car still runs perfectly, but the paint is somewhat faded. I am starting to notice slight rusting on some of the underbody as I am from Boston and have driven the car during the last three winters whereas the previous owners did not as much.

Edit: In my area, it definitely is a rarity to see a Bonneville with the 87-91 body style, perhaps I see one only once every couple months, but then I live in the city so perhaps there are more out in the rural areas of Mass.

I love my bonny.

Bought it in 95. Currently 281,466 miles

I bought a 94 sse a couple of years ago and its a nice car but nothing near the quality, ride, drive or performance of the 90.

The 95 laid down yesterday with a coil pack problem...I hope. I broke the 90 out last night as a primary driver.

Just cant bring myself to sell the 90.
