I know it isn't a bonnie, but I'm just using it as an example. I bought my STE in December of '03. When I parked it in October of '04 I had put 10k miles on it. It also had a month of downtime in there for the engine work and tranny work. (3 weeks for the engine and 1 for the tranny) Then I put another 2k on my Calais by the end of the year. So, in my first year of driving I drove 12,000 miles in my car. Thats not counting the miles I put on my moms SSEi (probably 500 or so), the miles I put on my sisters Olds 88 (also probably about 500), and the miles I put on my dads GP while the engine and tranny work was being done to mine. (probably 1k or so) So, basically, I drove 14k miles in my first year of driving, which is ~38 miles per day. Not a lot, but more than some adults I know.

My mom has averaged ~30k a year since she got her SSEi, but last year she went around 40k miles IIRC.

So far this year, I put 2k on my Cutlass, 700 miles on my sisters Olds 88, and 1k on my Lumina. So in not even 2 months I've gone 3700 miles.

The Black Magic has been in my family since 91....... so 14yrs
I bought it off my parents in May 2000, with 175,000kms on the engine.... the engine blew up at 180,000kms.... and I had it replaced.... it now has 260,000kms on it.

I bought Knight Fire in Sept 2003, with 178,000kms on the clock.
