Well I tested the pump and it works! Its also a new turn signal handle thing, when i got the car the old one was broken so they replaced it. Now what? This isnt fun anymore

Are you sure you are rotating the washer lever BACKWARDS for the headlamps?

lol yes im sure im turning it back. if i were to turn forward my windsheild washers spray. I think it would be a neat option (if it worked). So many little things to fix, so little money to have them done. Plus I lost my job today, I knew I shoulda called in sick.

OK, there is a headlamp washer module. It should be right by the motor. First check fuses 8E under the dash and Fuse 3 on the Driver'* side underhood fuse block.

Turn the key to accessory. Disconnect the module. The red wire at the module should have 12V+. The Dark blue wire should have 12V+ when you pull the lever. Have somebody pull the lever and see if you get voltage there.

Do you have a low washer fluid light on?

Thanks man I'll try that once the sun comes up. Wonder why theres no info in the Haynes manual? Haynes says the pump is on the wiper motor, its not, there is two pumps in the fluid container one for the windsheild one for the head lights Yes my light is on, thats just from removing the pump so many times and it all poured out with fluid in it still doesnt work.

There is also a low fluid sensor connected to that module (by the black and white wire). If the sensor detects low fluid, the washer will not operate. Which means if you have a low washer fluid light, the headlamp washer will not function.
