Moved to General (no mechanical issues). 
I haven't searched the KBB value on these lately, but knowing what my SLE was valued with 31k miles when it was five years old (13k)....this deal seams to rock!

That actually is a pretty interesting price. I was at a dealership recently that has a 2003 SSEi with 37K miles, and they wanted 17.9 for it! 
That was a horrible deal, and they outright rejected my 13K offer, but that'* a car one year newer and with a more powerful (stock for stock) engine. I think the 15K that was mentioned above is a great price for this.
