sorry about this question i konw its been posted a bunch but does anyone know what my 97 se is goverened at? it seems to be in the 106-108 area but that seems kinda low. just curios?? thanks

Did all the supercharged cars shut down at 128? It seem like my 93 shuts down at 115. Lots of power then it seems to stop. Maybe I need to retest just to make sure.
mine was 108-110mph...then along came Johnny..and Jet and new set of 2.49 gears and no top end liminter.....all gone just like Will`*...ask him what 156+ is like lol

Do the old ones like mine even have a limiter? I've only had it up to 106 or so, but it still had plenty of power to spare. I thought I heard once that the '87-'91 units were limiter free.

I had my 91 past 220kph.... I'm guessing I was probably going close to 240kph...
My friend'* car was registered to 240kph and I passed him when he was doing 220kph.
I've had the 97 just over 200kph... then the gov kicked in.
