Well it turns out it was the flywheel.... easy fix. Got it running again this week and drove it a little. So far i have about 250mi on it...
10psi of oil pressure at idle...... rod knock. Was perfectly fine with 60+ of oil pressure then it took a nosedive after about 200mi and started knocking less than a mi away from my house.
And i wasnt even getting into it this time, all was normal driving because the roads were slightly wet and i went over 1/2 throttle once on the hwy and lost traction.

on to engine number 5

Oh believe me, i have considered junking it many times, but it all boils down to the fact that its easier to drop a couple hundred into it here and there to get it going then to drop a couple thousand into another good car....

That'* HORRIBLE. However, your dedication is VERY cool indeed. I'm sorry to hear about your luck, though... hopefully it works out in the end.

Maybe it will be like the movie Short Circuit. #5 IS ALIVE!
Seriously I would stay away from full throttle starts until you get the bugs out of whats happening with the boost.
Maybe try getting a Buick motor.
