Nope... too bald. They'd be good for any other season thou.
I needed some snows quick and 1: no one had 4 in my size, and 2: no one could getme in anyway.

The Craigslist guy wanted 375 but all I had was $300 and willing to pickup. I was actually surprised he said yes. Its a good thing the grandson already spent the Christmas money we saved up or there was this set on ally rims for 475... oh I need pics of his presents too. Dang wifes got the camera.

300 for 4 blizzaks with steel rims?

seems quite overpriced unless they are like-new tread. blizaks have a 2 tread compound, once the top compound is worn off, they are no better than a cheap winter tire.

blizzaks are $78 a piece new from tirerack in the 205x65x16 size

They're the ws-60 ($90 new). Don't forget to add $18/tire for mounting and balancing and then $25 (?)/per steel rim ($49 new) for comparsion. He had the receipt for over $600 from tirerack.

These have excellent read, used 1 season. (His wife moved west and took their Olds when they seperated.)

Also being a Sunday, I was in a bind. I was planning on getting tires saturday but got called into work unexpectedly.

I think it'* a great deal! You probably could quote yourself less if you go to a JY looking for steelies, though. Otherwise, that really is nice. Drive safely!
