I need a new cat converter, muffler, some type of O ring (I forgot the name) and new chrome exhaust tips for $315

Price doesn't sound bad...actually, sounds pretty good if that includes labor.

Are you referring to the donut that goes between the down-pipe and the exhaust manifold?

Depends on the parts you are buying. For good parts and labor, that probably ain't too bad a price....

sounds like a good deal to me especially if your getting some nice parts.. i think it would cost around 400 for the boni cause thats what my buddy paid for when he got his monte carlo done

It would probably be worth spending the money on a high-flow cat, if you're interested in the performance increase. Also DEFINITELY go for stainless tips over chrome. Those chromies will rust up within a year, unless you polish them all the time.
