Default GM Preferred Owner Program

I've recently found an unused/unregistered GM Preferred Owner Program card which I believe has money on it from when i purchased my vehicle (recently also sold). Do any of you know if these are attached to the vehicle/purchaser ect? I'm not having any luck finding any information online about it and don't want it to go to waste.

Thanks all.

Why not ask a GM dealer? Perhaps the salesperson who sold you the vehicle.
