can someone describe where the fuel pressure regulator hose is on my car...i think its dead...car runs like **** sometimes, but eventually smoothes out after 30 secs of running...

Mine is under the plastic cover just on top of the engine, but it'* an 89. If you have the vacuum diagram handy/know where they are there should be a line going to it.

Shouldn't the fuel pressure regulator hose be attached to the fuel pressure regulator?? and isn't the fuel pressure regulator usually on the fuel rail? Just a guess.

It is, but there is also a vacuum hose. I was just suggesting to follow the vacuum hose to find it.

THat'* where it is.....but you're gonna have a hell of a time trying to see it because it'* buried under a bunch of stuff. Find your MAP sensor and follow the vaccum line off that to the FPR. The FPR is covered up by the fuel lines running into the rail and part of the rail.
