very GAMEOVER but the water in your system is pressurized and fluids that are pressurized have a higher boiling point....I forget what the formula is but there is a formula for calculating how much psi makes the boiling point go higher......I think I remember my Bonne having like a 16-18 psi cap.....16-18 psi is enough pressure to pretty greatly increase the boiling point.

Thats the beauty of a sealed system, under pressure it doesn't boil till WAY higher. Thats why you have a sealed and pressurized system, and the reason you have 15#+ radiator caps.

Ya a hair...But here'* my two sense....Let the engines and rad'* warm up at their own pace.......heated garage for a day or two....Don't try starting them until you're positive that the blocks have thawed and aren't cracked.....And start the Cougar first!!! lol

Ok lol, i will try that. So what you are saying is just leave them in a garage andif the Bonnie doesnt leak in 2-3 day then start? So if it does leak what is that a sign of? And also do i remove the radiators?

if it leaks you could have a number of problems. water pump cracked, freez plugs, radiator is cracked its endless
