If one analyses the vehicle and the message sent I would ponder that this person is new to the country and very excited to have an American vehicle, but is stuck in his understanding of performance. The next and most sinister part of this project had to be the shop that did it. I figure the wings and "gear" were around $1000.00 alone. Now add paint and cost of laying the high performance 200hp adding stickers.
