For you to get it done here, it would be well beyond an favous "lii see what I can do" sorta thing... this would have to be a full work order by the book sorta deal.
To be honest, I'd pay a premium to get it done right, and you'll know it'* done right and will last.

I haven't followed that later part of this thread but Peter, if you're ever in need of a Stick of a Tig Welder to finish the job just let me know. I believe you're well past the plasma cutter stage.

im past all the welding stage. But thankds for the offer.. I'll take that plasma cutter though

I'm running to Canadian Tire for some rubberized undercoating right away! This is one of those "ounce of prevention" things, now we know the potential is there for this sort of thing to happen.

After removing my subframe they'll be able to inspect it more. If other areas are good then they'll only have to replace that one corner. At most maybe weld on some reinforcements at the other areas. My rust isn't as bad as Petergs.

this is starting to drive me nuts!!!
first the one guy gived his two weeks then is made to leave imidiatly...
not I FINALLY find a mechanic that will re install the trans for me... and he'* injured his knee, so who knows how long he'll be off
