Well maybe good isn't the word, it looks different in a good way! :?
Right, I got ya man! It does not look tacky or bad without it. I was afraid it was going to look horrible without one, but I can live with it for a while. Someone mentioned putting a CD Changer in a center counsole, so I am kind of playing with that idea. Plus I want those cupholders back

hmm you could get one of those little fridges like i have for road trips and put it in the middle. the top has padding on it and it has built in cup holders. thats what i would do for sure. i always have to keep mine in the trunk or in the back seat because i dont have an open area like that. take advantage of it!

think about what you might want in there for awhile. Maybe even start a poll to see what other ideas people have. You have a unique opportunity to do something cool with that space. Cupholders would be nice, but so would a 6 CD changer, any sort of storage is always neat.

You might want to consider getting a center console and cutting/modifying it to remove the shifter to put something there, and then you also have the added storage space (which is nice, trust me).

Do you need pics of the center console to see if this would be possible?

Yea, thats a good idea with the poll, I will probably start it this weekend, after I clean it up. I dont need any pics of the center counsole, I have it somewhere bookmarked from previous posts.

A little fridge would be sweet, but I would be afraid of leaving cokes in there or apples and having them burst or rotten...

I'm surprised, it doesn't look bad at all w/o the center councle, almost like it is OEM. I'd Build a Center Councle / Sub Enclosure for some great upfront bass.

I couldn't drive a car without an armrest. But it does look cool in the bonne for some reason.

Without a center counsil you can use that area for hauling stuff. I assume you have a pass through to the trunk. If you ever need 10 ft. lumber or anything that space can come in handy.

Yea, I got the passage to the trunk in the back seat. Its not that bad without the armrest anymore, but I do miss it. Anyone know how much to have an armrest installed on each seat? Im thinking it might be a little tough, and cost a pretty penny.
