I searched and got mixed results. So i am looking for the part numbers for both cats. I want to keep the same size if i can.
My brothers 2000
My 1995 (believe it is 94006)
I figure since high flows are cheap and the price of used cats is so high, might as well get them done.

Sounds like you should measure both cars before and after the cat, then confirm here before we give you numbers.
Note that the diameter may change as you go through the exhuast, so make sure you measure both in the location you need to.

I havent checked the 00 yet.
But i know on the 95 it is 2.5 inlet. The outlet can go either way from the way i am looking at it. The actually cat is 2.5 outlet but there is a reducer welded onto the cat (looks stock) and it goes to the 2 1/4 exhaust piping. (unlike the newer sytles that have the flange my cat welds to the downpipe)
