Default Hi-Flow Cat...?

After I get my o2 sensor and CAI put in. I'll be going after the Hi-flow cat. Where Can I get one? How much is it? How much is it usually to get it installed? What performance and mileage benefits come with it? Does it alter the exhaust sound any?

I always thought it altered the sound, you could really hear the changes down low. I think I paid 100 bucks for the whole thing... 50 for the cat from performancepeddler.com and 50 for the welding...
