I agree that Magnaflow and Flowmaster are both very good. I got Magnaflow and just cut out my old muffler and put this one in it'* place. I don't really think magnaflow is 'rough' but without a Resonator and with or without a Hi-Flow CAT it is very loud and 'burbly' but not a bad sound by any means. Gordy'* Flowmaster is SWEEEEET, but to be honest, it sounds VERY simlar to Will'* Magnaflow/Hi-Flow CAT set up. If I didn't know he had a Flowmaster I would have guessed he had a Magnaflow.

As for Jim'* dual Magnaflows, very nice mellow grumble @ idle, and a VERY nice toned, resonating roar on take off.

Gordy does have a magnaflow.. and 3" Nothign wrong with it, but it is LOUD.... Kinda scary almost... Not as loud as that 500 Horse GTP we saw.... WOW.

Edit: nothing against magnaflow, i've only heard one, and on non stock piping, but the flowmaster is exactly what i'm lookin for. They are both very comparable.... The flowmaster seemed to output more evenly between each side. The dynomax and magnaflow weren't so balanced.

Ya, just saw that on the video. I thought Mach told me he had Flowmaster. His is just like Will'*...except he has 3 inch pipe. Have you heard Will'*?

Jason, how many times did you hit the rev limiter when you did yours? That first punch of the gas sounded

Yeah i wasn't happy with it, you didn't even hear the gurgling..... Seth and i had washed our cars @ a do it yourself place with high pressure wash, and i'm sure a lot got in there..... It sounded pretty bad i thought that day.... But yes that clicking noise is the limiter. Those camera'* can't capture the sound like they are, mines a lot better then that, Gordy'* is LOUD, lots missing but good to compare i guess.

I know yours sounds better than that. I've heard a 93 with the same exhaust in person and it'* very nice! I'll hear yours in person eventually, but by then you may have a Flowmaster.

I love how it purrs. It'* seriously the lowest note i've ever heard from a V-6, which is one problem i have with letting it go (although i can just hold onto it i guess.

I plan to have a flowmaster on in either winterbreak if i get a lot of spending money (although heated seats might get it first). If someone could help me, and maybe weld it on, that would be super too . Although it WILL be on by bonnie fest.
