Start off with a good dremel and plenty of JB Weld.. (there'* never too much JB in the house)

I cut the donor out, cut the good one about the same size and fit.. sanded, measured..measured and measured again. Finally got the position where I wanted it and taped in place. Added JB Weld as the glue to hold it and material to build up. Waited for JB to set up and then flipped it and added to the other side. Walk away for 5 hours. Get up too early this morning and sand, sand and sand more.. shape the edges a little and sand more.. change to higher grit..sand sand sand.

When it'* perfectly smooth and it looks perfect, use plastic adhesion promoter, then texture coat..then paint.
