Endlink upgrade..what should I buy?

Boosty told me at NEBF that polyurethane endlinks will really tighten up my suspension (My SLE has FE2). What type of endlink should I buy, and where should I buy it?

for the back you will need 3/8" 3 1/2 in long Grade 8 Bolt and 3/8" nut that has a nylock insert
