Wow, you guys are getting serious. How about this:
start with a 92-95 this time around
I rip out the whole interior and get a custom job made with fiberglass, lexus leather and suede. Stretch the chassis a few inches to put the rear seats from a Maybach 62 in place of the old ones. All the seats will be removable for track day. Keep the AL7s but mod them so that the once ribbed part is now flat and put cooling and heating elements in it. Also replace the foam with that memory foam stuff they use in those Thermalpedic mattresses. Top of the line Alpine F1Status system complete with full Nav system with Sirius radio and traffic updates, DVD with surround sound, bluetooth, HD radio and a 6-disk DVD changer. Put 14 speakers of different sizes, yet all Infinity, into it, with 2 15" kicker L7 subs. Amp wattage will go up 6000. Fabricate a removable amp rack and removable sub box for easy swapping at the track. Mod the chassis to allow a RWD platform and an integrated roll bar. Put a hennessey twin turbo LS7 with a Getrag 6-speed transmission. Coilovers on all sides with fully adjustable dampers on airbags. Baer big brake kit with slotted rotors.

Limo tint all around.
Chameleon paint job with tinted tails and headlights
hmm, that should do it

I'd like to finish the work I've started, but with headers and an XP cam
New paint, flawless Majestic teal with shaved cladding and SSEi bumpers
Chrome rims
And also build the fiberglass subwoofer box in the spare tire well (after I join AAA)
Also HUD, digital cluster from SSEi and AL7s with TVs in the headrests
