So your talking about the door seals rights?
if so. they are just held on by sticky goop stuff.
You can just pull then off. clean them up and use some of the good 3M Door seal glue to put the back on.
when you goto put them back on. make sure you REALLY Press the corners in and work it nice and tight.

No, behind your mouldings is plastic clips, not bolts, and they certainly are not easy to put back on once they are removed.

They are extremely easy to remove BUT I do not know the exact procedure for the SE, only the SSE/SSEi. The SSEi has two screws on the inside of the door. You should only have one IIRC. The screw(*) have to be removed first.
Unfortunately, that'* all I know for the SE and I don't want to give guesses so you break something.
