Yes it is, went cheap should only have them on a week or 2. Then will sell the whole setup.

the guy who did my brakes last week had a truck there with the brakes all the way down to the plate and most of the plate was out.. and part of the rotors was gone too... i dunno how can people not notice/hear/see/smile that
