My 1996 SE with charcoal leather has a matching steering wheel.

My 1996 SE SC with teal leather also has a charcoal steering wheel, but the dash is teal

I"m pretty sure my 97 se had tan steering wheel but it also had tan cloth seats.
maybe yours was replaced at one time.
