do WHAT on green?!?!
ok the bottom line. does an older bonneville have a chance of beating anything in a race? dont get me wrong i love my bonneville but these cars arent exactly designed for racing. since mine is stock, is there really any point in trying to race? or will it just end in shame?

Believe it or not, these cars can actually move. They got a lot of torque. You'd be suprised what you could give a good run.
They aren't Corvettes or anything, but for being such a large car, its got guts.

Depends...you have an extraordinary amount of torque from than LN3 engine..165 HP and 220 tq is nothing to shake a stick at...it depends on the health of said LN3, I wasted a few cars with ease with my 89 Bonne SE, but that car was a cream puff of an 89, not many NEW cars looked like that thing did . I beat up a few most notably an early 90'* Maxima.
My biggest loss was on the roll on the 400 N, with a V6 Accord with NOS...but as we all know, 3800 SFI engine don't have much after 4000 RPM, you will win off the line no doubt...its in the higher band where you will get beat...sorry :?

My 91 (prior to tranny problems) would be no slouch off the line. My engine was brand new (as of 2000) and I've done some minor preformance mods to it. But recently the tranny has been acting up, and only my top speed has remained great. 200kph+!!!!
