Not all of those are adjustments for the headlights, some are to hold it all together. Some of us (92-95) have tool free lights...

Neighbor owns an excellent body shop, i'll see what he'll get me the parts for and painting.
I usually have no trouble gettiin' things apart, it'* the puttin' together that'll cause even more grey hairs.

You got that right; loosen, adjust, tighten, look; lossen, adjust, tighten, look. grind shim, add shim...........Throw Big Rubber Mallet at tree
