That'll be from the front of the plug. To double check ...pull out the flashlight and double check. The numbers should be right on it.

ok new twist
on my DLC i have pins for 2, 4, 5
9, 14, 16 so how the heck do i follow the tech info procedure to program this new remote in. im doin this for mom,

I'm pretty sure the directions for this were in the Owner'* Manual for my car. You'd think the GP would be the same...
