Default "Designer Edition" Bonneville?

I was getting on US-10 near Midland, MI today and saw a white 95ish Bonneville with a black soft top. Couldn't get my camera out in time to take a pic. It had "Designer Edition" embroidered into the soft to on the side by the rear window. Ever heard of such a thing?

I saw a 92 to 95 series SSEI on Saturday that was white and had bronze body cladding with getto golds. It looked sharp! The car was in great shape and highly polished.

Who posted that 98 Presidential Edition that time? The one off Ebay. That car was awesome. Thought about doing that to mine, but it wouldn't look good with the dark color.

Are you saying it was a convertable?(aka softtop or ragtop) or a cloth covered hardtop?
