i am very much so upset i have me a cupped and WAYYY unevenly wore tire (one to many burnouts) i posted a thread a while back about a horrible noise and vibration with the 94 after putting my 17'* on hehe thats what it is now that i think about it it started after a big burnout lol but wow i never knew how annoying a cupped tire is and now i know and to make it better they are 17'* oddball size pricey rubber

yeah yeah hey will 225/50/17 size tires fit in place of my 235/55/17'* i know the 235/225 is fine but what about the 50/55

Burnouts don't cup tires, they smooth the cupping back out. Says experience..lol

225/50/17 will be a considerably smaller tire size and may look bad and/or throw off your speedometer rating.

225 is the section width of the tire (not the tread width) and if I remember correctly, 50 is the depth of the tire as a percentage of the section width. If a 235/55/17 is stock, I would go to a 225/60/17 as a more narrow replacement.
