Can't even think of a word to describe it without it being an understatement.

September 6, 2001, I purchased my 1995 SESC for $8,800. Kelley blue book at the time was $8,333. The dealer kept insisting that it was an SSEi--which I kept correcting him. Salesman was a friend of the extended family and was honest--and at the time my wife and I were both in the market for new vehicles (both cars pooped out in the same week). So I bought it. I really wanted an SSEi, but I couldn't find one in the area. I thought I would "settle" for the supercharged SE. I haven't regretted that decision since. And since then I have found out how rare these cars really are.
First fill-up of gas was at over $3.00/gal on September 12, 2001--the day after 9/11. That was the closest I came to regretting my purchase--Premium unleaded at $3.XX/gal!
