I just saw a guy get pulled over by a grey 2000-2005 Bonneville. Looks like the cops in West Tampa have a little class after all.

Yeah, it might have been a car they confiscated or something. It was dark grey either SLE or SSEi. Not sure which as I was passing it at about 50mph. Its funny because people sometimes tell me that mine looks like a cop car. But in Tampa I've also seen people get stopped by F-150'*, Grand Prix'*, Navigators and Chargers(though they were marked.)

hah, but i'll tell yah, when i was down there this summer, i noticed... you don't see alot of Bonnevilles!!!

The Term Police interceptor is just the package for a Crown Vic, not a term for cruisers.

I Don't know if pontiac ever actually marketed the Bonneville as a cop car either, as the Caprice was around for most of the time GM had any sizeable market.

its just a name and a spot light that makes the police interceptor, nothing more. (buddy has one) so of the cars that get taken are changed over to unmarked sqauds. we got one here in C.R. thats a F-150 with off road lights and a lift kit and all kinds of good stuff!
