Default code P0443 2000 Bonneville SSEI

My car is not starting right every time. Code P0443 is what is coming up. When is does start it seems to run fine. Anyone have any ideas? Anyone have the same problem? I love this car, but what a pain it is!

At the time you think its not going to start right, remove your gas cap, if you hear a little whoosh noise, attempt to start it. If it starts normally everytime you do this, its your EVAP purge valve. Which is what your P0443 is pointing at. Where it is exactly on your 2000 B-ville, I'm not really sure. Someone else here should know.

I tried the gas cap thing, and there was no noise at all. I reset the code and within 3 starts it came right back.
