Most people in college have better respect for people'* property. Most of the low lifes dont get to college. But there are still some.

I think that if you lose the court case, you must also pay the filing fees. If the person who filed the case fails to prove their case then they must pay for their own filing fees.

He shouldn't lose anything (if he needs to go that far) unless he asks for way to much and/or pisses the judge off.

what filing fees??? this is a criminal case, not civil... i.e. no fees
