Default Magnuson M90 Snout -keyed???

I was just looking at PFYC and noticed that Magnuson M90 snout that the sell is keyed. Where do the people who buy them get keyed M90 pulleys? I've never seen them before. Just thought it'* kind of wierd that I never noticed that before.

Yes it is keyed and IIRC you have to get the special Magnuson pullies. Thats kind of an out of date mod, people used it before other companies came out with their modular pulley systems and before companies offered rebuilt stock snouts. You don't see them around too much anymore.
