Default Changing from Celcius to Farenheight

My car was made in Canada so all of the climate control stuff is all in Celcius. I have to change to it Farenheight every time I start my car. Is there a way to change it for good?
Thanks

It should stay in whichever mode you put it in, regardless of where it was made for.
This is weird :?

All Bonnevilles are made in the states but the ones for export to canada have the metric default. It would be in the pcm but I'm not sure if it can be changed? Might be embedded too deep in the code?

I was thinking you would have to get a US climate control that has farenheit as default.

Yeah but the default SHOULD only kick in when the power is cut altogether, not just when the car is turned off for the night.

Mine defaults to Farenheit avery time the car is shut off. I've tried it. The HUD defaults to mph if you change it so kph everytime also.

Strange, mine doesn't have this annoying habit, could this be a result of different wiring?

Dunno if its the same on Bonnies, but if there is a RESET button somewhere then hold it down and it should change from Metric to English display.

In my Oldsmobile I have to use the formula F=(9/5)*C+32

It'* really a bitch though when I drop the pencil while driving
