Default car cover recommendations

Well, the cold months are approaching soon, and I need to get a car cover before the first snow fall. Which may be soon, considering this summer was cold compared to to other summers. I need a car cover, to keep the snow off my baby, and because she won't be driven at all during the summer months. My paint is in poor condition, so I don't need the best cover available. All it needs to be is waterproof, and have some UV protection. And what size would I need for meh b'ville? Something under $50, would be great.
