Philly cops don't care.
I've got 20% and a black interior so i'm pretty dark.
They just hate the mirror tint.

im not really worried about philly, i didnt think they would make a big deal out of it, but i go to school in oxford, PA and the cops around there are waiting for an excuse to pull somebody over..
and a bonneville with tinted windows looks like the perfect car to pull over

I live in PA, and I have 12% tint all around. I've had no problems yet. As long as you don't drive around like an a** bringing attention to yourself, you'll be fine.

i live in the hood...and in the hood any car that looks like you might be makin a little bit of money is gonna get pulled over, especially if they see the car over and over again....now if i end up getting pulled over for the black tint, i plan on being able to say that i can legally have it on my car....either way im planning on tinting the windows how i want them and then im gonna race a patrol car on the highway!!!
just kidding...

I'd be worried outside of philly too. Esp in jersey. The cops over there will pull you over as soon as they see you don't have a jersey plate in the front. <--corny
I drove through N philly everyday to get to temple too w/ no problems. Theres a ton of bonnies w/ limo tint and 20s that drive around.

Please, for the sake everything that is American, abide by these laws. Thank you.
