The pulley your engine turns is a shaft that turns inside the snout, that shaft is used to turn the rotors of the supercharger. It does this through a set of gears and connected via a wearable safety coupling. The fact the coupling has worn instead of expensive gears is good.

If you can't do it yourself, the dealer can also replace the nose cone portion of the */C. When I last checked it was about $400 american for the whole nosecone.

After doing some reading i understood that 92-93 SC engines have got about 205 hp? is it with the supercharger or just he plain engine?

With the supercharger, 205 hp.
