Default "Braking" in?

Haha pardon the pun. My Bonne gets a much needed brake job tomorrow, so I was wondering what the break-in procedure should be? Do I need to do some hard stops from certain speeds, or avoid heavy braking for a while, or what?

Thanks in advance...

I always avoid heavy braking for the first 500 miles or so. however it did not really matter because my rotors warrped 800 miles into em. again...

I found a couple threads that referenced "bedding pads," but none that described the process.

I'm pretty sure the process is 30 gradual stops and you have to allow the brakes to cool between each one. 30-30 is how I remember it, You go 30 mph and stop gradually and repeat 30 times.
