Exclamation brake warning light 96 SE

Hey guys,

Everyone here was a great help when I needed to replace my upper IM do to that common exhaust port leak problem. That went great and was about 8k miles ago.

New tiny issue, my brake warning "alarm" triggers whenever I accelerate, decelerate or turn with any "enthusiasm". Same light and chime that would occur if you left your parking brake on and started driving around.

It is coming on more often now and seems to stay on longer. I've checked the switch (by disconnecting it) and it still happened.

any thoughts?

Chris

I would definatly check your fluid level to make sure it is not low.

Also, my emergency brake pedal started moving on me and falling down triggering the alarm. If the alarm is on when you start you car, just pull up on the emergency pedal and see if this helps.
