Default Brake light warning?

So i changed my master cylinder, rotors, and pads.. But when we were done the brake lite warning was on. And the dinging sound.. As well as when i pushed the e=brake in it kinda goes in a lil and comes right back out it works as in if im rollin it stops just fine... Any ideas?

The brake light warning comes on when the parking brake switch is grounded or when there'* no brake fluid.

Check the wiring around the master and pedal.

Also, Please put your Year, Trimline (SE/SLE/SSE/SSEi/GXP), and modifacations in your signature.

same thing happened to me the other day. fluid looked fine so i figured the parking brake was barely stuck on. So i drove all the way to my dads shop with the radio at full to drown out the ding noise. come to find out it needed fluid and nothing more. It took about 1 oz to fill it. I guess it has to be to the brim. go figure
