Well, I had the '93 SSEi for a year and a half, and all of a sudden smoke comes out of the dashboard and car'* dead :( I replaced the alternator and battery, no good. Something shorted bad and I'm going to junk it.

So, I'm looking to get a 2000 & up Bonnie now as my next daily driver I want either an SLE or SSEi.

Any advice on either model as to ride?

Did the SLE'* come with heated seats like the SSEi?

Any chance of getting a near perfect bumper cover off the back of it for the Randman?

My 2001 SLE has heated seats on driver and passenger seats. I first looked at a SSEi when i was buying another Bonneville, but decided if i was buying used i didn't want a supercharger that was abused. Not that all used SSEi'* are abused just better safe than sorry.
