Default Bonne Spotting: Factory Cond White '89 LE

I was just leaving kmart and something caught my eye. All the way across the parking lot....in all of its beautiful splender, a 1989 Bonneville LE...in white. omg. absolutely impeccible condition. i'm not kidding...FACTORY CONDITION. It had an original dealer tag from the dealer across the street from where it was. Unlike most of the base bodies...the font end how the lower ground piece is missing? nope, not on this one, absolutely perfect. no rust. perfect paint, ABSOLUTELY perfect trim, chrome, the works. I got out and marveled at it for about 10 minutes, but unfortunately, no one came out to say anything, i really wanted to talk to them about it. I didn't have my cam on me so i took a couple cell phone pics and i carded it. so hopefully they will be joining the club. since they put that muchg effort into that car either restoring it or just keeping it nice for all these years...

The pictures do it no justice at all, i wish i had my camera with me, omg, that was so amazing i hope i see it again, i will be sure to get pics!!!!!

Brings back memories of our '88 LE, which was purchased new by my Mom and Dad. I was 16 at the time, and even got to take it on dates when it was practically new. We still have the original window sticker. I sold it when it had 188k miles in 1999. The engine never even had a valve cover off of it, and it was on it'* original trans and A/C components. The inside STILL looked about 95%. The paint, however, turned to crap.

no kidding its nice. and yeah, i think it was an old lady or a short lady because the driver seat was almost touching the steering wheel but i dont care, anyone who takes care of their car like that is one heck of a person in my book.
