Default Body work in Michigan

Wondering if any MI members are good with body work.

Not many flaws on my car except bubbleing under the gas door, it hasn't rusted through yet but it is getting worse. Everytime I look at it makes me cringe.

I would like it professionally done and am going to take it around for estimates but figured if I put a post here it wouldn't hurt.

Not sure how it would be done but I am assuming it would need to be cut out and refinished, and obviously re-painted.

I think its from water going inside the gas door and having no where to go...

No pics yet but if you know someone or if you can personally do it PM me.

Thanks!

My 2000 SE is like that too. The local Buick dealer quoted me $450 for parts and labor.
