Default axel???

in follow up to my thread about the 94 making noise...its the drivers side axel wich is convenient as i have a lifetime warranty on the one for my 97 ssei......SO my question is are they the same on the 94 and 97
this would be a 4t60 e and a 4t65e hd
i understand it will be an hd axel but my concern is the tooth count lenght ect ect ??? any help would be saving me 80 bucks if they are the same
