for a bonneville do you need dual magnaflows? how much modification is necessary to route them through my SSE dual outlets?

you don't need dual magnaflows on a bonnie but the aurora has two mufflers so that'* what Jim is talking about. Although TrueWildman(where is he anyway?) has duals on his SSEi but they're from a 300z. I love my magnaflow as well, haven't noticed a whole lot performance wise but it sounds beautiful.
