Looks like male pattern balding. I don't think I have that problem, but white paint would make it harder to see.

DAYYYYUM....i would get a little paint job before i invest in those rims! who would want to have people looking at your bling and see your bald!

yeah im guessin so...there isnt any rust, just the paint fading, but it needs to be taken care of, along with a million other things

Yup, I sure have seen it before. The trunk on my Riviera is doing the same thing. atleast your paint isn't peeling off though.

Looks like pretty bad oxidation. I've only seen that on the 88-90 Bonneville models. My brother'* old Firebird had the same problem except there were about 6 or 7 large spots like that. But hey, nothing that can't be fixed

i know the body guy will know what to do...but how do you think hes gonna repair this...will be have to mask it off...or just blend it in???
