The later Eighth gen. Bonnevilles had the best bumpers. Is there anyway to swap '95 SSEi bumpers to a '99 SSEi?

i'm sure its easy to do because nothing changed except for the way the plastic is molded. although, the 96+ bumpers had different exhaust cutouts where the exhaust tip was attached to the exhaust pipe instead of the bumper itself. i wouldn't like it just because the remainder of the body cladding wouldn't match.
