Saw this when i opened the newspaper this morning...

Rimbey is a town 1hr north of me
A Rimbey couple is dead following a rural wreck Tuesday afternoon.
Shortly after 2:20 p.m., emergency crews were called to the scene of a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Range Road 21 and Township Road 432, about 10 km northwest of Rimbey.
The male driver and his wife were travelling west on 432 when their small car collided with a woman driving southbound in a larger car.
The Rimbey couple were pronounced dead at the scene, while the female driver of the other vehicle was transported to hospital with unknown injuries.
“It was a rural country road with hard-packed snow conditions, so it was very slippery,” said Rimbey RCMP Const. Ted Munro. “It was just one of those rural accidents where they could have been the only two cars that passed by all day and they happened to collide at an intersection.”
Police said the couple were returning to their residence in Rimbey after visiting friends in Edmonton Tuesday morning.
Their names will not be released until next of kin have been notified, but Munro said they were well known to the Rimbey community.
Rimbey RCMP were joined at the accident scene by Sylvan Lake RCMP, Rimbey Fire and Rescue, and Red Deer RCMP’* collision investigation section.
Collision analysts were still on scene at 5 p.m. Tuesday, and no charges had been laid.

I'm curious about the front end of that Toyota. Judging from the amount of rust on the rear end, I can only assume the front end is just as bad.
The Bonneville? Replace the hood, bumper and it will shine again

Could be an SLE as well.
Regardless, I'm not surprised the woman in the Bonne survived. I wonder how fast they were going. Though the Toyota is smaller, I'm still surprised they both died on the scene. I figure since there was a bunch of snow they couldn't, or shouldn't have been driving too fast. Who knows though. It'* a shame.
