our 2k SE is slightly faster than our 97 w/ intake.
Congrats on the new car, are you gonna try and take some of the mods off the old car and put them on the new one (exhaust, pulleys, etc.)?

).

Jim, on the 2000, there is no inset or outset ring. Just one row of numbers, and a lighted display that says either MPH or km/h. When you push the e/m button, the needle jumps to the appropriate number. :P It'* pretty cool.
As far as any performance mods go, I think I'm going to hold off for as long as I can (hopefully a little more than a week

When you push the E/M button in the 2000+ the needle actually changes to show your speed at KPh/Mph. If you are doing 60Mph and push the button, the KMPH light lights up on the speedo (while the MPH goes dark) and the needle now shows the correct speed. Odometer is the same way, just changes back and forth.
Not two rings, just one ring to control them all!
Sorry Wildman, I guess I was too slow....

Do the SSEI'* not have the E/M (English/Metric) button?
